Delivery Services
Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
*Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via ground service will receive an additional surcharge of $12.

Standard Delivery
Cost for all items is $4.95. We try to ship orders out same day or within 1 business day from order placement so delivery can range between 3 to 8 business days from order placement. If your order is time sensitive, we request you email us at info@everlygrey.com to confirm a shipping/delivery window.

Second Day Delivery
Cost for all items is $13.95. 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM) Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

Next Day Delivery

Cost for all items is $49.95. Next Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM) Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

Canada
Standard Delivery Only

Shipping cost for all items is $29.95. Please allow 8 to 10 business days for delivery. If your order is time sensitive, we request you email us at info@everlygrey.com to confirm a shipping/delivery window. Duty, customs and/or brokerage fees arising from the shipment of your Everly Grey order are the direct responsibility of the billing customer.

Our Guarantee
We will gladly accept returns of products purchased directly from our website. Goods must be returned in an unused condition with original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sorry we do not provide a free returns service unless you are exchanging for a different size or item. All Final Sale items are Non-Returnable. Please follow the procedure set out below.

How to Return
1. You must telephone 213 614 9633 or e-mail info@everlygrey.com to request a returns form. 2. Please repack the goods securely and include the completed returns form. 3. Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. 4. Please allow 10 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund or credit of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage). 5. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made and you will receive an e-mail once refund or credit is issued.

Privacy
In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep a record of this information and we will also keep records of any e-mails you send to us. We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail or write to us with your details.

Credit Card Security
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, WorldPay.com. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorized person or company.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, but slight variations in the goods may occur.

Everly Grey's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Everly Grey to the customer. Everly Grey shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Everly Grey cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement. We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.
