Shop with confidence! We offer free standard shipping on every order of $75 or more. We hope you love your Everly Grey pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We offer free return shipping on regular-price orders of $75 or more(before tax and after discounts).

Our Guarantee
We stand behind every Everly Grey piece. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@everlygrey.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately. We will gladly accept returns on products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Orders under $75 or sale/clearance merchandise do not qualify for free return shipping. You're still welcome to return these items within 30 days, but no prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Returns received that do not meet the conditions above may be sent back to the customer at their expense. Everly Grey reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. We are not responsible for lost packages if a customer uses non-Everly Grey return label.

How to Return
To start a return, simply contact us at info@everlygrey.com to receive a prepaid return label. Need a different size or color? Exchanges for the same style and price are always free(subject to inventory availability). We'll ship your replacement item once your return is received and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post.

Legal & Consumer Rights (U.S. & California)

• This policy complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, and California Business & Professions Code §17538 (which governs refund disclosures for online sales).
• Under California law, we clearly disclose our refund and return terms prior to purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Everly Grey cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement. We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.
